Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping within the continental United States for $8.

Processing & Shipping Times

All orders ship from Rockmart, Georgia.

Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares it for shipment within 1–4 business days. Standard shipping is sent via USPS.

We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during sales, peak shopping periods, or holidays.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

The day your order ships does not count as a shipping business day.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available! If you select this option at checkout, the pickup address will be provided on your receipt after payment.

You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within one week of this notification.

Items will be placed on the front porch in a pink pickup tub. Once items are placed in the pickup tub, Love Bug Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items.


Terms of Service

Change of Address: In the event that you move or need to change your shipping address, please notify us at lovebugboutique2025@gmail.com to request a change of address.

Returned or Lost Package: If your package is returned or lost due to shipping to an old address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees. Love Bug Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to USPS. We are no longer responsible for any packages once they leave our warehouse and are in the hands of USPS.

Preorder Items: All estimated time of arrivals (ETA) for preorders are shown on the item listing within the item description when ordering. All ETA's are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control. Please pay attention to the ETA for preorder items and take this into consideration when determining what size you'd like to order. Please do NOT combine in stock items and preorder items in one single order. In this event, the in stock item(s) will not be shipped out to you until your preorder item(s) arrives. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and report any shipping issues (missing items, wrong sizes, etc) or damages within 72 hours of receipt.

In Stock items: All in stock items will ship within 72 hours, but often times they will ship same day! Please do NOT combine in stock items and preorder items in one single order. In this event, the in stock item(s) will not be shipped out to you until your preorder item(s) arrives.

Please check your items carefully upon receipt! In the event of a manufacturer defect of full price items, you must notify Love Bug Boutique at lovebugboutique2025@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt of your item and include photos of the item to show the defect. To be eligible for a return in the event of a manufacturer defect, your item MUST be in the original clear plastic packaging, unworn and tags must be attached. We will provide a return shipping label to send the item back to us, but the item MUST be mailed within 5 business days. If we have a replacement in stock, the replacement will ship out to you upon receipt and inspection of the defective item. If we do not have a replacement to offer you, a store credit will be issued. Failure to return the defective item within the 5 business days will result in your item no longer being eligible for return/exchange.

Any item in which a discount code was used OR mark-down sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not offer replacements or any further discounts for manufacturing defects on these items.

Items that have been washed, worn or without tags are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns/exchanges.

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase in unused, original condition. Returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
